We opened Whimsical ME in the fall of 2017 and enjoy helping both locals and visitors find the perfect gift for themselves and others.
We stock products from more than 200 vendors, many of which are from Maine. We sell Sea Bags, made on the waterfront in Portland; Seawicks Candles, made on the waterfront in Boothbay Harbor; wish bracelets from the north; and pottery, jewelry, cards, wall art, and dog toys all made in Maine. Two of our featured artists live right here in Saco and another is from Scarborough. We love local artists. We stock many things from around New England, including soap from Connecticut and New Hampshire; Lemon & Line rope bracelets from Rhode Island; cuff bracelets and charm necklaces from Nautically Northern on Cape Cod; Swedish dish cloths from Connecticut; and a cute selection of greeting cards from around New England.
